It is weird to say you enjoy a story about murder with a young woman trying to get her life back on track or? Still the emotions jump from the pages and the way the whole situation is described makes it easy to engage in the story. The developments in the story kept me reading despite the sometimes overdone descriptions on clothing of characters and a lot of repetition.
Toni is a bit of a hit or miss character. Her behaviour is understandable but that does not always make her decisions understandable. The influence of other characters on the story make for interesting interactions.
